Anthony L. Foster, Sr., better known as Ant, departed suddenly May 24, 2021. He was born June 6, 1968 in Wilmington, Delaware to Dorothy L. Foster and the late James H. Foster, Sr. Ant was mostly raised in the New Castle, DE area and attended Glasgow High School class of 1986.
Anthony, no matter of his own struggles, was a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend to all that knew or met him.
Ant had many occupations. He was a jack of all trades, if you called him he was there to fix it or at least try. If something was broke or stopped working Ant was known to try and figure out what was wrong. If you ever wore a wig around Ant you knew he wasn't afraid to try to fix it or say it was crooked. Ant was always laughing and joking around. If you knew Ant and his twin Cola you already knew you were in for a laugh watching them bicker about any and everything.
Ant got with his soul mate and beloved spouse Alisha Holden October 22, 1998 and from this union was blessed with two children, Anthony L. Foster, Jr. and Anisha L. Foster.
Ant was one of a kind. He wasn't afraid to speak his mind or cuss you out, but that's also what you loved about him. Ant was all about his family. He was always at the family functions being the life of the party. He enjoyed traveling to see family and friends. He recently began flying to see his son which he enjoyed.
Anthony is preceded in death by his father James H. Foster, Sr., his brother, James H. Foster, Jr. and his twin sister, Arcola L. Foster.
Anthony leaves to cherish his fond memories his loving wife Alisha D. Holden, his son Anthony L. Foster, Jr. and his daughter Anisha L. Foster. His mother Dorothy L. Foster, and maternal grandmother Winnie Mason. His brothers Michael Marshall(Dana) and Kevin Foster and his sister Amanda L. Marshall (Dave) along with a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
