Jesse Foster, III, age 58, of New Castle, DE passed away Sunday July 17, 2016.

Jesse was born in Wilmington, DE on April 5, 1958, son of the late Jesse Foster, Jr and Ruby Foster.

He is survived by his wife Kathy Foster, daughters Malania and Jessica Foster, step-son Nelson Wootson (Shamecca); sisters Dolores Foster-Miller (Mac), Rita Foster, one brother Paul Foster, three grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

Homegoing service will be held at Ebenezer Baptist Church at 2200 North Claymont Street, Wilmington, DE. Viewing will be held from 9-10:45am. Service at 11:00am, on Monday July 25, 2016.
