Arthur "Turkey" N. Taylor

Arthur N. Taylor, "Turkey" age 76, went home to be with the Lord on Monday July 6, 2015.

He was the son of Arthur and Corrine Taylor of Hemingway, South Carolina.

Arthur married Rosetta Jones on October 2, 1976. They have been married for 39 years.

Arthur received his education in Hemingway, South Carolina. He went on to work for several companies, but he retired from his job at the “Port of Wilmington”, which he had worked for 30 plus years. Arthur was an excellent worker, he received several awards for different projects. He was a loyal and dedicated worker who never missed time from work until he fell ill.
He loved to spend time with his family and friends. He enjoyed going to Delaware Park, fishing and dancing.
Arthur leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Rosetta Taylor, his son, Bernard Jones (Angie). His grandchildren; Brandi Lindsey(Willis), Ebony Waterman and Ruemar Johnson, a special nephew, Chris Taylor, other relatives and friends. Arthur was preceded in death by his son, Donald Jones, and his sister, Anna Mae Ellison.

Service will be held on Saturday July 11, 2015, Mother UAME Church, 701 E. 5th Street, Wilm.,DE 19801 at 11 am. Viewing 9-11 am.
