Alfred C.R. Bordley son of the late Alfred (Frankie) and Emma Roane-Bordley was born on March 4, 1956 departed this life on Friday, March 6, 2015 at 8:02 a.m. at Compassionate Care Hospice surrounded by family.

Alfred work for DuPont Company for 11 years until his health failed him. He enjoyed working in the computer room.

Alfred was preceded by death wife’s parents Martha Smith and Melvin J. Robinson, Sr. and Brother Norman G. Bordley,Sr.

Alfred leaves to enjoy his memories his wife Renaee, children DeVon and Dominique, 3 grandchildren DeVine, Lauren and, Dyllen, brother (JB) James, sister Rev. Melissa Bordley, sisters in-law Shari Barnes, Renee Hinton, April Dougal, Yvonne Bordley-Gibson, Sheila Robinson Of New York, one brother in-law Melvin (JR) Robinson, Jr. many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews, Devoted uncle Floyd Evans, Devoted Cousin, David Roane, cousin Steve Winchester,Friends, Larry Tymes, Gregory Dale, Raymond Brown, Stan, Calvin Speight, Wilbert Carr, and Lamont X.
Funeral services 9 a.m., Saturday, March 14, 2015 at Mother U.A.M.E. 701 East 5th Street, Wilmington, DE; viewing 8:00 a.m. to – 9 a.m. Interment will be in Gracelawn Memorial Park, DuPont Parkway, New Castle, DE.
