Terence Lee Purnell, Jr. "Skitz" departed this life on August 8, 2014. He leaves to cherish his memory his parents Glenda and Terence Purnell, Sr., 3 sons, 3 daughters,6 sisters, 4 brothers, grandfathers, grandmothers and a life long partner, 1 godson, godmother, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Service will be Monday August 18, 2014 at 11 am, viewing 9-11 at Mother UAME Church, 701 E. 5th St. Wilm.,DE. Interment, Silverbrook Cemetery
