Born to the late Hessie King and Lillie Pridgen King in Savannah, GA on Jan. 23, 1938 and departed this life on Jan. 10, 2014. Wife of the late Preston Cannon, Sr.

Ida leaves to cherish her memories, five children; Robin Riley, Marjorie Brown, Preston Cannon, Jr., Lisa Richardson and Karen Purdie, one brother, Robert King, one sister, Dottie Blunt and a host of grandchildren, relatives and friends.

Service will be held 11 a.m. at Mother UAME Church, 701 E. 5th Street, Wilm.,DE. Viewing 9-11 a.m. Interment, Gracelawn Cemetery
