Colinthia H. Gosa

Colinthia Hazel Gosa, age 82 of Wilmington, DE passed away peacefully at her home, Monday January 6, 2014, surrounded by her family.
Mrs. Gosa was a retired educator that taught for many years at Wilmington High School, where she touched many lives.
Colinthia was preceded in death by her parents Hazel and Arnita Burton, and Sister Joyce Burton. She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband Edward Gosa Jr. of Wilmington, DE, 4 children, Starmaine Mackie (Henry), Edward Gosa III (Deborah) both of Atlanta, GA, Edwina Gosa of Wilmington DE and William Gosa also of Atlanta, GA, 1 sister Doris Burton of New Castle, DE., 2 brothers Denny Burton and Clyde Pettijohn both of Wilmington, DE., 6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Viewing will be held Sunday, January 12, 2014 from 4-8 p.m. at Ezion Mt. Carmel UM Church, 800 Walnut Street, Wilmington, DE. 19801. Final viewing will be held January 13, 2014 from 6-7 pm with services to immediately follow.
Interment will be private.
