Keasel E. Broome

Keasel E. Broome (1955-2013)

Was born January 26, 1955, departed peacefully on May 5, 2013. A retired member of US Air Force Reserves who served his country “faithfully and honorably” until June 1997. He was also an accomplished Service Technician with Honeywell and Carrier Corporation and member of the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry in Local 74.

Born to Neville (now deceased) and Barbara Broome of Barbados, Keasel is survived by his devoted wife Dahlia Gibson-Broome; his children Nina, Keasel Jr. and Jonathan Broome, Bobby Brown and step-son Matthew ; as well as siblings – Sherlock, Syntyche, Frank, Dale, Lynette and Lincoln; grandson Kevin; mother-in-law Margaret Gibson; brother in law to Andy, Sherlock, Marcelle, Latasha, Marguerita and Michelle.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service on Saturday May 11, 2013 at 11:00 am Ezion-Mount Carmel United Methodist Church, 800 N. Walnut Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19801. In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution can be made towards The Keasel E. Broome Scholarship at Ezion–Mount Caramel United Methodist Church.
