Roland L. Bell (Sugarfoot) of New Castle departed this life on July 12, 2012 in the Christiana Hospital. He leaves to cherish his memory two brothers; Melvin Perry (Beverly), John Bell (Linda) and one sister Rosemary Banks, nieces and nephews, family and friends.
Service: Friday July 20, 2012 at 11:00a.m. at Union Baptist Church 2616 Carter Street Viewing 9 a.m. -10:45 a.m.; burial Silverbrook Cemetery.
