died march 24, 2012. Born in Townsend, DE to Mary Blackson and Andrew Ray, Sr. He served in the United States Army and after returning from war moved to Wilmington, DE where he met his beloved Mary. He was one of 13 children.

Harvey was predeceased by his wife, his parents and his 12 siblings. He is survived by many loving nieces and nephews, devoted friends and other family members.

Service will be on Thursday, March 29, 2012 at 11 AM, Mother UAME Church 701 E. 5th St., Wilm.,DE. Viewing 9-11 AM. Interment, Pine Tree Cemetery.
